After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

I don't know of anyone who's been contacted through something like that, but it's probably a good idea to, as you say, get on their radar. You just never know. And it seems like a lot of companies are enacting a hiring freeze even if they're not actually saying that. It would make sense that they'd stockpile applicants in the event that the anticipated trade war recession is somehow avoided.
Yeah, I’ve used it a few times! It’s a low-pressure way to show interest without fully committing. I actually did hear back from one company months later, so it can work, but it’s definitely hit or miss. Still worth it if something catches your eye and you’re playing the long game.

That’s good to hear! My timeline to start looking for something new is like 14-18 months from now (unless I get laid off sooner) so I’ll start browsing occasionally and using that feature again in a few months since it keeps you on their list for a year.
Did your talk with that company go anywhere?
