Expires June 4. Nothing yet.
Same. June 4. Nothing
Firm policy is no premium.
Premium only if
1) your driving license expiring soon
2)or anything else that is expiring which is dependent on your i797 date. For ex: if apartments give you lease only till your 797 date etc..
3) business unit approval
You are always open to pay premium fee yourself. Law firm send you an invoice.
Moved from PwC to EY my friend. Never heading back. Thx.
June 30.Heard nothing
Following. Expires Aug. No response from Egan
Worst case, switch jobs. Or keep an offer in your backpocket where your visa will be sponsored ?
I feel this way you won’t get effed over
Is this an extension for the second leg of H1B or is this an perm based extension?
Not perm based in my case.
I don't see how that makes any difference. End of the day it's just another h1b extension.
I hear you, but was just trying to understand if they are giving any preferencial treatment to anyone or have stopped extensions across the board.
Stopped across board. Absolutely nothing filed
No amendments..no extensiosn.
Do we know if it would be filed under premium or normal processing for extensions?
I believe premium processing has been suspended by USCIS.
That's for cap subject petitions for this year. not extensions
Join PwC 😂
D1.. yes, ..that's what ppl with July, Aug expirations should do. Mine is June 4 and too late for me :(
All the folks with June expiration date, what are you doing about it?
Does partner intervention help our cases?
Nothing. I spoke to PPED yesterday.
They have no idea.
But I was guaranteed by both pped and Ey law that they will not let anybody's status to expire. They expect clarity very soon, as early as next week was what I was told. The HR said the same thing.
So why did they stop filling in the first place? Don’t people need to change work locations often? How are they making sure such people are in status when they need to file amendments.
