Received an offer from Accenture to join at Career level 11. Tech stack: SAP ABAP.
Current CTC: 5.75 fixed + 10% Variable
Offer: 7.5 fixed + 21% Variable.
Is it a wise decision to switch from Deloitte to Accenture at this level.
Education: BCA Please advise!

For those who moved from a client serving role to an internal role in public accounting while at a fairly high level (experienced manager or senior manager), did you take a pay cut or does your pay stay flat when you transition with minimal increases in subsequent years? Also what role are you in now? I really like EY and the company. I’d like to look at moving to an internal role but I’m worried I’ve priced myself out (currently at around 140k comp in LCOL).

What does the Tax Reporting & Strategy Deals team at PwC do? Do they have busy seasons or all year round busy? What’s the pay like compared to other tax specialties such as general compliance or M&A? Thanks in advance.

I have done masters in commerce and i have experience of 3.5 yrs working on support project related to Bloomberg fundamentals consultation with bare minimum package of 2.6 lpa as a ctc.
