I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It got me thinking about how many people adhere to this advice.

Been working at my company as a new grad for almost a year, but don’t see myself in the team that I am in (working with Salesforce) for long term. Interested in frontend dev and have been learning on my own. Manager says chase doesnt have much React opportunities. Is it possible to make a switch when I barely have experience? I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. In my offer letter, nothing is mentioned about variable pay, but the recruiter had mentioned to me about 0-12% variable. Am I missing anything. Do they have any variable component in the salary or not.

I cleared all my rounds of interview in JPMC, had salary discussion with HR 2 weeks back. After which i was asked to apply the job on candidate portal and submit additional information.

Its almost 2 weeks and i haven't heard back anything from them. My status in portal shows "You are moving to the final steps in the process". This status has not changed since last 2 weeks.
