Has anyone here used a career coach to figure out their next step? I don’t mean therapy, and I’m not looking for someone to just tweak my resume. I’m talking someone to help me step back, assess my skills, and think through where I actually want to go. I’ve been in accounting for almost a decade, and I’m ready to do something different, but I’m too deep in the weeds to figure it out alone. Is coaching worth it?
