So, I truly enjoy wealth management, corporate and institutional solutions and being in a managerial position with 5+ years in this field and in a true management position. Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me. I passed the HR screen, did an interview with who would be my) supervisor and the team lead, and am now doing a coding test.
