Has anyone left one of the larger biotech companies for a startup? Did you like it better / what were your takeaways?

I have a competitive offer from a startup as my large company job is getting to be a difficult work environment, and I can’t decide whether to take it or not.

Our district voted on returning back to school with students in the classroom and some staying at home. We now have to teach students in the room and on Zoom at the same time. I’m not complaining but does anyone have any tips on the best and most effective way to get this done?

What’s an appropriate base salary for a pharma marketing DTC Director for a blockbuster biologic that’s on tv? What are typical bonuses and LTI? We only have 18% bonus and $37k LTI per year (approximately depending on stock price) for directors. Our base salaries are all over the place for directors.
