Has anyone on here gotten EY Law (V&I) to start their marriage-based green card if and once eligible? I recently got married to a US citizen and became a senior a couple of weeks ago. I kinda don’t wanna wait too long to start this. Any suggestions?!

I'm working in the US under H1B, I got a chance to face an interview for another company. My current company started the PERM application also and results will be out within the next 3 months. Is it okay to transfer my H1B to a new company? Can my H1B transfer be denied? How long will my green card application delay if I move to a new company and start to apply for a green card from scratch?

My company is in the process of filing my GC. DOL sent back my prevailing wage determination and the lawyers said that they need to re-do some additional parts of the recruitment. What does this mean? How much more time does this add to my process for applying for an i-140?
