Has anyone recently gone through the Infosys experienced hiring process?
I interviewed for an SRE Consultant role and completed my Techno-Managerial round on 24 June. My application status is still "Decision Pending". I have already followed up with the recruiter by email and text but haven't received any response.
Has anyone experienced a similar delay? How long did it take to receive an update, whether it was an offer or a rejection?

Amazons excessive interviews are an awful candidate experience. Why do they think this will help them win top talent in this competitive environment? Especially with their public cultural issues…? Lots of great paying companies without having to take a day off from work to interview! It’s overkill

All else equal, is it easier to become direct admit PP rather than promoted to that role from SM or MD? Seems less obstacles. Thoughts?

Lateraled into banking and I'm getting killed. My aso will mention to do stuff as he's walking out, says do this this and this and by the time I process what he said he's out the door then I miss something he's like I told you to do it. Hi Fishes!! I have got an offer from Infosys for Gurgaon Location. Mostly everyone knows Infosys is not present in NCR location. Although, my offer letter mentions I will be working remotely and no need to come to office. Is there anyone else who is in the same situation, i.e from Gurgaon Location.
