Anyone do macro counting? How do you like it?
I know Liver King is out there but my roommate has been living by his “9 ancestral tenets” and it basically changed his life. Anyone else that follows something similar seen benefits? Seems like he’s rooted on well being and staying connected with the world around you. Even if you think he’s weird his YouTube video is well put together.

My dermatologist prescribes minoxidil (2.5mg pill) that is like 2 dollars per month and works wonders!
I use the same prescription and agree. Been using it for 2 years now along with deutasteride
I used to use minoxidil from Costco, Kirkland generic brand. Men's and women's minoxidil (Rogaine) is the same product, with the pink tax. So I haven't tried Hers but you could look into that for cost savings. As for whether it did anything, I think it helped stem some hair thinning but never really gave me fuller hair. I didn't see much change until I had my thyroid checked by a specialist.
I have not tried it
My fiance is using Hims (minoxidil) and feels like it’s helping. Idk if it’s brought back anything lost but maybe slowing down any further loss…
I’ve been using Hers for almost a year. I started with the topical serum then switched to the foam (which is less messy and more concentrated). I’ve had great results - the thinning parts have definitely filled in a lot.
That was recommended to me by a dermatologist who CLAIMED one of her specialties was hair loss. She didn’t look at my scalp or anything. When I went to the pharmacist she suggested her “office” looked weird and she told me she needed to “mix up the batch”. When I was given the instructions I was told not to lay down or the minoxidil would run down my face and neck which would cause hair to grow in those places. I was told not to get it on pillows or bedding cause it won’t come out. I was told if I stop taking it the hair that grew would come out.
Yeah I had to pass on that Dr. Jecklel/Mr. Hyde concoction. 😳
Now I’m learning to embrace the thinning and trying to keep my wig straight. ☺️
Yes and I recommend although note that I stopped using the pill version because I was growing hair pretty much everywhere in places that I didn’t want, so now I use the topical version and I would highly recommend I would also recommend getting on some other treatments as well but that’s definitely a great place to start
