Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

- discipline
- eat more volume to keep you full (veggies help a lot here)
- keep yourself occupied so you don’t snack
- portion out your meals (weigh it if you want to go to the next mile)
- find ways to curb your hunger (e.g., coffee in the mornings)
I’m awful at this but I do find I do better on days when I get protein in early in the day.
Eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. Should help with cravings and combating mindless snacking.

A registered dietician once told me to just go back to normal/do your best and don't under eat the next day - your body won't be destroyed by eating 300 calories too many one day, it's the weekly average and consistency you're looking for
I typically just eat dinner so I can feast on whatever I want. I’ll eat athletic greens or similar in the morning so I don’t get irritable in the afternoon. It’s worked out pretty much my entire life.
I think it’s at least half marketing, but it does help reduce irritability by providing nutrients.
Things that help me, intermittent fasting, black coffee, hard boiled eggs, beans, whole grains, fruits and no takeout.
