Using a deebot from Amazon. Does a great job cleaning up and totally recommend it.

+1 on deebot. Mine has a mop attachment too!! But I have sadly never used it because it’s not smart enough to not mop over carpets etc. I bought mine because i seriously put my back out pushing around the big upright rolling vacuum. Those have some serious vacuum power but are so heavy to push around.

The deebot is a significantly cheaper but slightly dumber version of the roomba. Totally worth it. I’d highly recommend it. One thing it has forced me to do is to keep my floors clear of wires because it gets tangled in them. My apartment looks neater as a result. Lol ..

We were pretty happy with the deebot until we moved into an old SF home AND got a dog. The combo of floor jambs and pet hair proved too much and the lil dude kept getting stuck between rooms and/or choked up with fur... so we moved to a small Dyson and haven’t looked back

I use iRobot. Happy with it overall but also only expecting it to more or less “maintain” a clean home as opposed to a deeper clean that is fine within traditional vacuums.

i7 here and older gen on my second floor. It's awesome and does an ok job during the week but I still go manual on the weekends since, as E2 stated, it's better for maintenance (especially dog hair tumbleweeds).

If you have pet hair, the robots are too big of a pain to maintain. We got a Dyson Cyclone V10 - amazing on hardwoods and rugs, and we don’t mind using it as it’s quick and easy to maneuver
