Haven't myself, but know some automakers do GIS "gravity models" for figuring out dealer placement
Instead of a gravity model for location analytics I'd suggest you get a mobile panel (safegraph, foursquare, placeiq, etc). Map the panel to demographics (e.g. experian) based on home location. Then tag cell phones to dealership visits, build a profile for people that visit your dealer. Then use that profile to scout new locations based on travel patterns.
That said most of the hardwork is probably done since dealerships like furniture stores tend to cluster. It's like putting in a fast food restaurant. You can probably drop it next to McDonald's and it'll be ok.
Edit: Beyond travel patterns you should add covariates like number of dealerships in X radius to the model. Plenty of ways to be creative here.
