Has anyone worked with AWS or Amazon recruiters who do not respond after interviews? What can I do to get a response?

I started interviewing elsewhere and it’s moving much faster than i expected. I could have an offer next week, my busy season officially ends until 12/15. How bad am i burning brides leaving on 11/4?

Over the last couple of months I’ve interviewed for a number of jobs and made it to second and third round interviews but never got an offer. My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. Ive got three interviews coming up and l am wondering how I can improve my chances of getting an offer. Any ideas are welcome. I need a new job like yesterday.

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

I'm a licensed Professional Engineer in FL with over 5yrs of exp in the construction industry...I see my cap in South FL somewhere around 150k and I was wondering what are my alternatives to boost my salary and what other jobs can I explore with the background I have. I love tech but idk how to transition without sacrificing income.

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

I’m a former forensic scientist that left the field several years ago. I recently received a subpoena from a case I worked and suggested to DA to have evidence re-worked by the lab or stipulation. If I am required to testify (as an expert witness), I would need to book a flight, hotel, etc. My question is this: can I ask for my requested hourly rate, travel, and hotel to be covered when speaking with DA or is that “not how this works” as the investigator put it?

How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). Job 2: role is okay but higher level and great benefits (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation). Total comp is the same though. I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?

Anyone interviewed for DoorDash strategy/ops senior associate positions? What’s their salary band? Asked about it and the hiring team person who reached out to me refused to share info, saying that a recruiter will share this info later in the process. LOL.
