It has legal binding as per law if mutual trust is breached."

Got an offer from Mcknsey for Know Expert role at same compensation. Mcknsy expecting me to become Sen Know expert in 1-1.5 yrs time.Told that it is 100% travel role. Is it worth it ? Told that lot of examples of people moving from knowledge consulting to integrative. Will it be worth exploring this ?

One of my friend worked in x company for 1.1years,some personal problem he left the job ,but company has not given any Documents like experience letter salary slip etc. But now he got good offer from another company good MNC company ,but he is don't have any documents is there company will accept him if he not providing any documents.

While leaving the company, what documents should we get from there or save the docs?

Is it ok to show just a snapshot of the compensation (Salary Breakup) which I have received from another employer to my current employer if they ask me in order for them to match or better that offer? I am not comfortable sharing the entire offer letter basically, is it ok for me to not provide that?
