What’s the best way to negotiate more money during a contract to FTE conversion? My manager and I had the conversion convo today and he said he’d like to convert me immediately and took the action item to do so. Hi everyone, I work at an early stage start up that just closed our round A. I just hired a director below me, however when it was time to come up with an offer I was removed from the conversation. The CO-founders said they’d handle the actual offer amount/equity. I joined early so salary is low but I have decent equity. Not sure if they didn’t want me seeing the offer or if this is normal for early start ups.

What is a reasonable salary/comp expectation for a startup who has $20-25m funding and 50 employees? Had a 1st round interview and they also mentioned equity options, but nothing in detail. Role would be UX Engineer, 4-5 YOE.

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?

I got an offer from Luxoft(DXC Technology) and EY GDS for Senior Test Engineer position. CTC are same in both organization. EY GDSprovides yearly performance bonus but Luxoft doesn't give.
As Luxoft has good opportunities in terms of onsite and variety of projects where EY I am not sure about it.
Please suggest where I can join from both these companies.
