Have been offered 18lakh fixed and 1 lakh joining bonus for senior associate role in assurance team at PWC AC India (Bangalore). I am a CA with 2.5 years of post qualification experience. Did they lowball me ? I’ll be relocating to Bangalore from Pune.

Hi all 🙂👋🏻 Apologies for such a late post. I have an offer of 18 CTC(1L joining bonus) from Larsen & Toubro Infotech & 12.5 fixed from IBM .
My joining in both are in around May last week. Tomorrow my IBM pre onboarding HR will connect with me. Should I ask for a counter offer tomorrow itself?
Or should I ask 2 weeks before joining?
Many told me that companies revise CTC when the joining date is near, else they show less interest. So should I go for it now itself?

People who think PwC AC Bangalore and PwC AC Kolkata are same (including recruitment process, salary structure, projects, benefits, work culture etc) are too damn high. For the last time, they are not same at all, both are two different entities.

Will there be any bonus announcement with regards to Gratitude week similar to what was announced last year as April Bonus? Any chatter around this people.

Can anyone shift from Pwc India to Pwc Ac without any gap? If there a cooling period involved can anyone inform me how much?
