Have been unemployed for a few months now, have probably filled out 400+ job applications since then and have been open to many different roles. I have 4 years PWM experience, a MBA, come with my licenses, and plan to pursue the CFA. If anyone could help out at any company that would be great. It seems like hiring processes are taking long, I haven’t heard back or applications have just been declined. Mainly looking at NYC, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston and Charlotte.

Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

Happy Mother’s Day! How can employers better accommodate working parents?

I realized a slow pace at work is really bad for me. A couple years ago I was experiencing burn out from my fast paced job supporting transactions, and believed by moving to a slower job in a lower cost area, I would be sailing off to the sunset. Wrong, I spend weeks following up with other teams, often times they forgot what we discussed, so I spent 50% if the time reminding them of the topics and next steps. I spend most of my time writing memos no one will read.
