Good or Bad?
My referral had interviews w/ (1)
recruiter, (1) SM, then the series of
(3) 1:1's w/(1) MD and (2) SM's.
The recruiter said he will now have
an interview in Jan. w/ the PPMD.
He interviewed for a M role in
consulting for customer marketing.
11 YOFE
He does have a wide skill set and the
recruiter said it was all positive
feedback, just have to find out
where to put him (on the team he
interviewed for or another he is
qualified for).Deloitte

Go work for Eric
I did a non MBB to MBB lateral move...best thing I ever did
My exits in terms of head hunter hits and BCG network night and day difference
I work for him already!like I said, love my firm.
Thinking long term :)
What is the exit you’re thinking about? Optionality isn’t great until you exercise it - so I would figure what the exit you’re thinking about is first. You may not need MBB to get there
Unfortunately I agree that exit options would be much better from MBB.
Exit ops from MBB are 10X ATK
Exit opps are better on average, though some individual cases are still fantastic. If you decide to move, do it fast, though. As you get more senior and grow your network, it would be more difficult to move, as you’ll be loosing the opportunities coming from network. That said, if you already work for Eric, your exit opps should be very cool.
It’s my year 6 with ATK, which I spent traveling internationally across awesome locations and projects and never been happier I did not switch
Op drop me a burner. Need a referral
