Have heard that the only time to negotiate EY salary is with the recruiter during verbal offer, no luck once it's in writing. Without knowing if an offer exists, anyone at EY able to help me figure out a range to consider for an experienced hire Manager in Finance Transformation? Wondering if asking for 200K base is too high. No MBA.

If you're very experienced at the level ok, if new at the level that's too high

Hi, I had the call with recruiter from EY and he mentioned for EY QA Manager in FSO Consulting with 20+ years of experience in Alpharetta,GA. The max he could offer was $140k and no mention of sign on bonus. I was expecting $160k too but he outright denied it. Is there any other benefits that I should be asking for.

Hey everyone - I could do with some advice. Not sure what I am doing wrong, but I am having a hard time getting interview calls. I am trying to pivot from consulting to the industry and targeting project/program management roles. I have been doing this work for 7+ years now (total YOE 12 years) so certainly have the right skillset. I have tried a couple of referrals too but that didn’t help either. Any advice you guys could provide would be helpful. Thanks!

I’m looking for a new job, working remotely, that doesn’t require a Bachelor’s. (I’m currently going back to school to get one, as I only have an Associate’s in Mathematics right now)
I had positions in private sector that allowed me to supplement having a degree with experience but not in public sector. I’ve seen coworkers get positions they aren’t able to do simply because they have a degree and then leave a mess for me to clean up but I’m not allowed to have the position. Any suggestions?

I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. We have yearly reviews in December but no talks of raise have been discussed. Any help on approaching this to my boss?

I have a job interview next week and all they said was "rate is negotiable," so I worry about going too low or too high.
