I had joined kpmg global services recently (7 months) back from one of the IT services companies in an advisory role however now I have received an offer from HCL with 40% hike to my current CTC. What should I do.

I have heard that KGS gives decent hikes and bonus payouts however the work is completely backend with limited customer interaction and limited good quality.

Can someone throw some light on HCL as well, what is good and what is bad and which to choose
