Have some AmEx points. What should I convert them to 1:1 air miles or 3:1 Starwood points

I canceled my Amex paid membership as we aren’t traveling for work yet. Have 100k points to redeem in 2 days. Don’t want to waste it on target or Walmart gift cards as they have terrible conversion rate. Any suggestions? May be transfer to Emirates points as I will travel to Dubai in a year?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. I’m seriously enatkng to get into an SE role and have been searching for Associate Sales Engineers that do NOT require SE experience since I’ve none. It’s proving to be difficult. Most companies for some reason are requiring 2-3 years of experience for the Associate role. 😭 Any Sales Engineers who know of companies hiring those with no experience? I am in tech as a BDR already.
