Just got a job at Deloitte M&A in Atlanta and am currently looking to buy a house. Would you advise I buy closer to Atlanta or the suburbs? I personally want to be in the suburbs but I hear the traffic situation is quite bad. Current consultants in Atlanta, how much time do you actually spend in the office vs remote vs client site? Would you advise I try and stay closer to the office?

It isn't worth it in my opinion. Unless the negative review is something that can be cleared up paperwork wise it's best to just move on. People usually only leave reviews when they have something negative to say, so I wouldn't take it too hard.
If the negative review is constructive, it may be worth reaching out to the person to address their concerns and show that you value their feedback. However, if the review is unwarranted or unhelpful, it may be best to let it go and focus on building positive reviews through excellent service.
A future thought may be an anonymous suggestion box in the waiting room that is not see through and has a slot to put the paper in. If one person is critical, well ok, but if more than one begin to repeat the same suggestions it could benefit your practice.
