Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? At EY is I was reimbursed for a stationary bike 2 years ago. Would EY reimburse me for a road bike this coming year? There's a stipulation that says every 5 years but I'm not sure if that means for another stationary bike or if I can get a road bike and be reimbursed.

In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I often hear lawyers threatening to “call the judge” during a deposition, generally when there is a dispute among counsel over a question that has been asked. Has anyone ever actually done this? What exactly is the judge supposed to do, resolve the dispute over the phone?

My coworker brought a puppy to work, who bit my hand. I ended up losing my temper and yelling at them. Now everyone is mad at me for blowing up at work, even though this is something I shouldn't have had to deal with in the first place!

I feel burnt out by how ruthless the tech industry in US is, but I also know I’m making much more money than people outside of tech or consulting.
