I’m around 21 weeks and have been dealing with a lot of leg, tailbone, back, and general muscle pain. Since I do work long hours Monday- Wednesday (10hr +) I’m trying find a comfortable chair to switch to. Any recommendations? I’ve been in community corrections for almost two years. I love what I do in case management, for inmates working on reentry but I would like to explore other job roles and start making a better income. Been welding for my company for 13+ yrs and I think it’s time for a change. The culture has completely changed and became toxic. I don't know if this is a recent change but I’m seeing postings for junior copywriter/community manager roles. Have these roles always been attached or posted at a junior level? Is this merged role worth considering as someone young in the industry with more traditional intern and freelance copy experience.

Am I particularly uptight, or is writing meant to be done alone, without a partner talking to you? With past partners, we chat through script notes and then I go off to execute. Current partner likes to sit and chat as I write. To me, writing is crafting a conversation. So I can’t talk to you and simultaneously talk to this audience. Of course I can just say “I’m gonna go write.” But since we’re both CD level, I’m like…is this his first rodeo? Maybe other writers are different though.
