On what team does a copywriter or a copy creative director sit on at a creative agency?

Currently in Atlanta, GA. Looking for management role in wealth management, corporate and institutional solutions, business strategy and consulting. I have an MBA from non-target school, about 5 years in management from financial services, business strategy and development and I’m looking for a great company with salary range around $150k or above. A referral would be highly appreciated!!

Job offer… I’ve been offered a Client Service Associate role at JP Morgan (UK) and my expectations are around £35k but HR have said it’s around 32-33 and will get back to me next week. Are JP Morgan any good at negotiating? Is this a good starting salary for an associate level? I have 5 years experience in financial services. Thanks!

Been at SEI 10 years, star of every team that I've worked on, and only make $87,000 annually with a $6,500 IC target. Asking for an increase this June to take me to $100,000 in some combination of salary and/or stock options. Any tips for asking for stock options in lieu of a company being able to meet a salary request? TIA
