Interviewing for a CSM role. Need to present a mock case study to customers. Gist of it is that the customer is advertising with us, doing well, but also doing well advertising with another company. Im assuming the presentation should consist of a performance review, why they should stay with us, and upsell potential. I’ve never done anything like this.

What usually goes into these presentations? What kinds of questions should I prep for?
Any videos on example presentations on tips?

My wife is a physiotherapist(Doctor). Bt the scope and growth is not that much.
So i am planning to get her into IT by doing some certifications of Testing profile.
Will there be any issue from the HR end at the Time of hiring?
Will her resume get shortlisted in naukri profile as she belongs to medical field and trying for IT?

Trying to move to DC Nov. 1st and I know no one nor do I know any areas (NYC real estate is too crazy and it’s time for a change). Where should a 25 year old woman live? I'm trying to figure out how to pivot out of my current job. My department is in utter chaos, which has just become completely unmanageable. I have attended l2 meeting 2 weeks ago. Waiting for results. Now another job vacancy posted, if I'm able to get reference and apply for the posting. Will I be called again even if I apply with same mail account. Because still I didn't get rejection mail for 1st interview.
