How are the client and project interviews for SAP in Capgemini? Are those tough?

Last week I got automated call from infosys and asked few details . After that I got call from hr and said my interview is scheduled on next week and very next day one person called me and asked few technical questions .she said she's calling from infosys and this is technical screening round . Today same hr called and said she will be scheduling a client interview.

My doubt is till now I didn't received any mail from infosys. So this is scam or part of infosys interview process?

Next week I’m having my first lateral interview as a junior associate. I’m very nervous because the group with whom I’m interviewing works with life science/tech clients and the attorneys have strong science/tech backgrounds; and I do not. However, I am very, very interested in transitioning to this practice. And I reaaally want this job because it’s at my dream firm. How would you recommend preparing for the lateral interview?

I never wanted to work in such environment that I am getting anxious while working all the time. I have to work 10-12 hrs daily. The reason behind switch was peaceful life because in previous company I already worked too much. What should I do? Should I leave? Due to recession I am scared.😪
