I have 2 yr exp mostly I will do testing. But I want to get a job in Amazon as sde1,2. Do you think it will effect for getting interview call or in interview process OR it doesn't matter what I worked on before as long as we done good in interview?

How to handle a employer when we have a offer already .what genuine reason we can tell to them on applying position. Geniune reason from my side is i got 45% hike from one employer but i expected 80% that's the reason looking for other opportunities .
