Need suggestion guys🙏 I have joined Citi 1.5 months back due to high package among other offer's, But I had in my mind that Citi has worst work life balance and as A woman it will be very tough for me. I never wanted to work in such environment that I am getting anxious while working all the time. I have to work 10-12 hrs daily. The reason behind switch was peaceful life because in previous company I already worked too much. What should I do? Should I leave? Due to recession I am scared.😪

I’ve been at a job for a few months and hate it - partners set unrealistic deadlines, micromanage, and create work that truly is not necessary/push urgency when there is no real urgency. I had other offers prior to accepting this job that may still be options, and going back to my old job (for a pay cut) might also be an option. I can’t tell if this is just burnout, growing pains, or just an untenable work environment. Would you ride it out for a year at new job or pursue other options? HELP!

Then I had interview with mindtree and got selected. They haven't released my offer letter at.
So I asked Capgemini to revise my CTC based on Mindtree offer even I didn't received offer letter from Mindtree and they told they need offer letter inorder to revise.
So guys what can I do in this situation. My last working day also few days away.
