So I am planning to switch my role to web developer in this year is it good or not in perspective of growth and job security.

Anyone hiring in planning process or transformation practices? Not really happy with my boutique. Experience would likely translate to experienced M level at bigger firms. Have experience leading process design projects, IBP and Anaplan implementation projects. Getting more involved w/ o9 too but no project lead experience

I have two job offers, one offers a salary of 61.5k and the other job offers an hourly rate of $27.65 with $41.48 for OT, as well as Sales Incentive Compensation Plan where the annual target incentive compensation is 42.86%. In other words, I could potentially receive quarterly bonuses that add up to around $24,650. However, that bonus isn’t guaranteed according to the offer letter and is contingent on my and my clients performance. Should I take the first job or second job?

What’s the next move when you’re this age, at plateau of career, not going any further and burned out, but have to work for at least 5-7 more years? Would love to hear from those who made a fulfilling move.

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. I personally don’t see too many issues working at either Amazon or Facebook because I work at Deloitte where I’m sure we have many questionable clients and worked in financial services before. I am confused with two offers,
