Hi community, humbly seeking professional HR advice. I recently joined my company’s HR team. In an informal conversation, a senior HRBP, considered a peer, called 2 of our fellow HR colleagues “worthless.” I should have rebuked her then & there but was so caught off guard. I resigned a month back from Accenture on medical grounds and requested ( a lot ) them to release me as soon as possible and I am still stuck here.
