One is with AON and the other is with Infosys.

Current CTC: 10lpa all fixed no variable

Aon offer: 15 lpa all fixed no variable, relocation to another city, internal team position.

Infosys offer: 17.2 lpa (15% variable) + 1.5 L joining bonus, same city, working on client project

Which offer to choose between the two? career and skill growth are more important to me.
