For context, i work with FP&A a lot. I often receive daily/weekly reports of data that i have to aggregate. Doesnt take lots of time each instance but adds up over time and Id like to use these tasks as a goal to work towards as motivation to learn code. Gone thru hours of LinkedIn courses and nothing seems applicable. Are there better courses or should i be patient & trust the process?

I was recently promoted to a new position at my company. I'm so excited to be taking on this new challenge, but it's not going as well as I had hoped.

I've been given a lot of responsibilities, which is great. But I don't feel like any of them are being prioritized or delegated appropriately. Friendly reminder folks- don’t work for Havas Health and You. They cut the freelancers hourly rates, again and made it so there’s no OT. The resource manager at HOV said if I couldn’t swing $80 an hour as an HCP copywriter, she’d have to find someone else. Good luck 👍🏻
