I have got an offer from BNY for Senior associate role. My Doj is 03 June 2024.
I wanted to know about the work culture and wlb in BNY.
Also, I see many comments regarding layoffs, is it really happening across all teams? Even in Chennai?

I recently cleared all rounds of interview for Mindtree and waiting for the offer letter. However, since Mindtree has been recently acquired by LTI, is there any layoff expected to happen in Mindtree?
Kindly pls give me an idea about how the situation is now in both companies.
