Hello All, I have received offer in Aug and my joining is in Nov last week! I have received only Warm Welcome mail which says thanks for accepting the offer. It came just after 2-3 days of accepting the offer. The status in the job portal is still in Interviews Completed. I have not received any further email communication yet ! Are there any other emails which I am missing ? Is this the normal process? Kindly suggest.

Is there point in applying to roles without referral? I’ve a strong background but hearing nothing on applications and don’t want to waste a shot by direct application into the void and having to wait to reapply

About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Usually, I’d understand hiring at a level below for higher levels but I feel like doing a 3rd year as a junior might not be the best decision. Should I push HR for Consultant level? I haven’t gotten the official offer letter yet, just verbal.

Hi Guys,I joined Cognizant as a BA.One client took interview for RPA Project.I was pretty happy it's a new tech but into the project the onsite BA's r doing all the work n m just creating documentation.I am really frustrated.I picked cognizant of many good offers.They r spoiling my career.What shud I do? Most importantly, struggling to tolerate how directors speak to me, whereas previously I wouldn’t take it personally and get on with it.
