I recently finished 4 interviews for a GTM/ Sales Specialist role and was told by the recruiter that they will now present my case to the ‘Hiring Committee’. I got 3 outstanding ratings and 1 Good rating.

Does someone here have an idea about the selection rate for the hiring committee?
What are my chances of getting through and receiving an offer?

Resume question I've had three positions over my career one of which lasted 3 months and that I got fired from, the job search took an additional 2 months. Is it worth it to leave the 3 month stint off my resume? It might be easier to explain getting fired then a 5-month gap I was thinking

I am in a super good position at Jellyfish as a Director with a good room in terms of growth. Great responsibilities, work life balance and I strongly love my job. However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?
