I find myself really lost, I can't figure out which type of roles should I apply for, and which companies should I target.

I know that's depends on the amount I have to travel (and potentially stay) but at the moment this is unknown. Past 8 months was just twice a month + 2 nights stay.

I have around 8 YOE as a ruby on rails developer. I have total 3 offers in hand.

1. Bacancy PVT as lead developer 32 lpa fixed (remote).
2. Epam as Senior software 33 lpa fixed (remote).
3. Infobeans limited as lead consultant 33 + 1 lac variable pay.
4. Encora (in final round of interview)

I would like to know more about infobeans (WLB) as the interview process was average so I don't have much information about the client or team.
