Hello All,
I'm 10yoe, UI developer - 37LPA. I'm not getting interview calls more than this package!
Is there any UI developer getting above 40L in india 2025, also any one abroad or onsite?
Is it really necessary to learn BE languages (java, .net, Python) or strong in JavaScript is enough?
I'm preparing for the DSA in JS. What should I do to place in a product org. Please share your experience/thoughts on preparation! Amazon Flipkart Microsoft Meta Zoho Freshworks Inc JPMorgan Chase Google DHL

That is good but I can say u one thing ..dont keep chasing higher packages only.I am a full stack developer and I worked on mutiple projects in my profile with different tech stacks Backend,Ui devops Database…According to me In todays IT world it is very difficult to stick to only one area or technology in ur entire carrer.U need to expand ur knowledge in different domains or technologies…,AI is coming very fast so now we all need to work more on our skills deep dive into different technologies…learn faster and produce better results…One thing is if u r demanding such a higher package on only UI developement skills ..u need to be best at it..It must be like in machine coding round u can build swiggy or zomato like UI application in 1-2 hrs with js,html,css …Also 3-4 UI framework should be on ur tips…React ,Angular is fine but wht more ..if in any project they wanted there own library to be built in so u r able to do that …U should be able to create a small UI library on top of react which is useful for ur project..

Adding to ur question yes ppl in UI only earning 50 lacs in some startups and product base companies but they r best in there skills.DSA and system design is must for every product base.Lets take example of system design interview interviewer can ask u questions abt DB internals and if u say I am a UI developer I dont know Db ,it doesnt make any sense…Ppl need good problem solver and software engineer..
