What is everyone's opinion on pay in the Midwest industry? Entry level positions are paid EXTREMELY low, like almost not enough to live, and then junior/senior positions are 6 figures. That gap... 😱

Currently exiting after one year post-MBA. Any tips for someone with 5 YOE who wants to use the consulting experience to advance as far as possible? Target is tech, either big or startup.

Do we have to pay zakaat on 401k and other pension plan investments?

I'm halfway through a contract position and enjoying it, and would like to transfer to full-time, but I worry about the 90-day gap in employment and that I wouldn't be able to find the same position remotely with this company.
