The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research.
