Thanks for starting this. I’m coming up on my 5 year sleeve-a-versary and I need support too. I lost a total of 120 pounds and then Covid happened and I stopped my diligence. Sitting on my butt while teaching from home and then teaching most of my kids remotely from school in 20-21 got me way off track and I have regained half of it. With all the stressful changes at school and serious illnesses and relationship changes in my family, I started eating carbs like bread and pasta again. All the worry has led to stress eating. I’m doing so much better now that school is out. I think I need to download the Baritastic or other similar app again and document everything I put in my mouth. I was just too exhausted the past two years.😢

Yes absolutely with the stalls! I try to measure the NSVs too! I’m still losing inches so that’s a plus and what keeps me going and less frustrated!
I really like to have a premiere shake once in a while in my coffee! I don’t really drink the shakes mucho but that’s because I don’t find that I’m having a tough time reaching my protein goals! But on days where I have no appetite they’re a life saver! I really like the flavors: banana, cinnamon bun, coffee, and caramel! I hope you were able to find some for yourself!
And I agree, what we have created these last couple of years whether it be digital or printed is just insane! So much work had gone into our jobs these past couple years that it was hard to work on ourselves!
My next goal is to get more physical! I need to start toning because the loose skin is starting to get worse and become an insecurity for me!
