AWS vs Cloudflare BDR roles

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. However, once it’s comes down to me and 1-2 other candidates, I repeatedly have been turned down for the person who has more relevant experience as they’re a safer bet for the employer. Hey folks, I got an offer from IBM ISL, But the offer is dated 2 months as joining date, but my notice period is 3 months. This was agreed by the hiring manager. He also offered Joining bonus if I could join in 2 months. HR said the date is tentative and they will renew the offer, so I accepted the offer. Now am running behind the HR to get the offer renewed. Can I trust their words, or will they backout from the offer after 2 months. Please help.

Im on NP and I got offer of 10.5 fixed from Publicis sapient for Selenium Automation tester role, my current organization trying to retain me and they are offering 9.3 fixed + 1.5lak retention bonus but my role is Manual testing, shall I take back my papers or join sapient???
