Recently I have cleared all rounds of interviews at BP, post that recruiter requested for documentation for BGV and shared compensation letter. Post acceptance of offer, I was told that they are working to release the formal offer letter. Any idea how much time it takes for BP to release the offer letter.

Its been a week since I have received and accepted the compensation letter.

Have 4.2yrs exp in Analytics(SQL/python/tableau)
I have an offer of CTC-22 (20fixed+ 2bonus)
My CCTC is 15.5(13.5fixed)

My NP is about to end.
I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

Plz tell if 22 is fair amount or below avg for 4+ yr exp in analytics domain.
Also plz share your work ex and company name if you got more with similar profile.

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!
