Any one make a move from fund admin after big 4 assurance and then was able to make a pivot to a PE fund accounting team? I am considering moving to a fund admin now. Have 9+ years of big four experience. Worried that I can get stuck in fund admin. But I have interviewed at several big name pe shops and make a few rounds on interviews but then get the same feedback that they are worried about my lack of operational experience.

What can you do if you’re getting interviewed by the same person who didn’t choose you in the first place?
Context: I applied for a position a while back and got interviewed, but didn’t go to the next round. I found the same position open again a month later at a different location and applied. Accounts in forbearance, even administrative forbearance, are calculated at a higher monthly payment by the underwriter.

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
