One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. This is a pretty broad ask so all comments are appreciated - what kinds of roles are out there (PM? Acq? AM?). How is the work life balance (hrs/week). What is comp like? Any recommendations for firms in the broader multifamily space?

I’m in the 2nd and final round for a position with a well know company. However, they haven’t asked me my salary expectations yet and am unsure if I provided expectations on my job application. How should I handle this IF the final interview goes well?
