I m holding 1 offer

1) boeing - ( 33fixed + 3 lac varibale + 2 lac joining bonus)
2) autodesk all 4 round cleared hr told to wait for this friday for result how much should i ask do they counter i heard they dont counter much as before the interview they give me budget of ( 26-30) + variable + rsus of 40 k dollar

So how much should i asked more for boeing or if they can match it .

Also KPMG UK is the only one of big 4 that has not bought an agency!!). Wanted to hear some advice on the options: go to a boutique (like Lippincott, Prophet) or brand agency? The salary cut for agency is huge though. Are there other options?
