CTC offered : 7.90 lakh fixed + 75k bonus + 10% VP

Deloitte gave me hike of 55% only.

In current organization, I'll be promoting this December from SE to SSE.
Will Accenture pay the same amount as Deloitte and retain me? Bcz this time promotion hike will be around 25% and acc need to pay extra 30% to retain me

Is this possible?
