Hi Guys, I have an offer from Marlabs,Pune location( hybrid) and joining is in 4 days. Interview process with Mouser Electronics and E-zest is still in progress. Shall I accept the marlabs offer? Looking for suggestions what the are the critical recruiting metrics Amazonians use or asked during the interview process? Are they anything different from reqs load, screening, interviews, offer hire, time to hire, DEI etc…looking for some great examples.

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?

I moved to the Netherlands 3 months ago on a spouse visa. Was working with EY-P earlier. I have been applying to jobs and giving interviews but for some reason things are not working out. I get a different reason everytime (after going through the whole process). This has never happened earlier in life and now I don't know what else to do. I have worked as a strategy consultant (& a researcher). Should I change lines? Where else can I try?
