Last year when Covid broke, I received a couple of interview calls but ignored them as I felt the organization kept me at work when other companies cut short their HR staff so I should be with them even if with no appraisal. Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Does this mean they'll call me if there are openings with some other project?

My LWD in Wipro (my previous employer) was on 21 Aug, 2021. I was waiting to receive my outstanding due and experience certificate, as part of F&F, ever since. However, I received an email from the offboarding team today stating that my Final Settlement is on on hold due to security concerns (DLP: data leakage). How is this going to play out? And much longer will it take before my F&F process is completed and I get my outstanding due and my experience certificate? Pls advice.

I know the deadline for snapshots was 11/1. Has anyone heard when we may be hearing of results? I’m assuming later December but I’ve gotten a few hints I’ll have a strong case for SA.

Closing on my first home. Advice for anyone with student loans in administrative forbearance per the Cares act: once your offer is accepted have you student loan servicer put your account back in repayment status.

Accounts in forbearance, even administrative forbearance, are calculated at a higher monthly payment by the underwriter.

My fictitious debt to income ratio was too high for them to approve me, and it took seven days for my loan to be officially back in repayment. So just a heads up.
